ReRentalAlert watches affordable-housing re-rental listings across nonprofit and agency sources around the clock. A re-rental is a rent-stabilized affordable unit that becomes available again when a tenant moves out. Unlike the big housing lotteries, these are first-come, first-served, so speed matters. We check every source continuously and ping you the moment a listing matching your filters posts.

Every listing links out to the official source page. We don't take applications ourselves and we don't charge application fees. Applying to affordable housing is free, and anyone asking you for money to apply is running a scam.

Eligibility results on this site are estimates only. The building's marketing agent makes the final determination.
